Pick-up Policy

All items purchased through www.sultanhomesupply.ca are eligible for local pickup at our warehouse:

Pickup is available only after you receive an official confirmation email stating that your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your items.



Shipping Rates via Our Transportation Service

We offer reliable delivery through our in-house Sultan Home Supply transport service to ensure secure and timely delivery of your order. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse at:

Our delivery rates are as follows:

  • Within 10 kilometers: $100 CAD

  • Within 20 kilometers: $150 CAD

  • Within 30 kilometers: $200 CAD

  • Within 40 kilometers: $250 CAD

  • Within 160 kilometers: $300 CAD



Shipping Rates via Third-Party Carriers

We also offer shipping through trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS, with rates automatically calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of the package.



Estimated Delivery Time

We are proud to offer prompt and dependable shipping for all in-stock items. All products listed on our website are stored and shipped from Canada.

  • Handling Time: Up to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time:
    24"–36" vanities: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
    48" and larger vanities: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time

Delivery Terms

Standard delivery includes drop-off up to 3 meters from the main entrance (driveway, lobby, or front door). Our delivery staff do not enter homes or apartments. If you require indoor delivery, please contact us prior to shipping to discuss availability and pricing for this additional service.

Delivery Process

Damages and Shortages

Upon delivery:

  • Please thoroughly inspect the items before signing any delivery receipt.

  • If damage or discrepancies are found, note them on the delivery form immediately with a clear description of the issue.

  • This documentation is required to file a damage claim with the shipping provider.

By signing the delivery receipt without noting damages, you accept the item in its delivered condition and waive the right to claim compensation for shipping-related damages.

Please also note that Sultan Home Supply is not directly responsible for the handling and timelines of third-party shipping providers. While we select only trusted partners and ensure every shipment is insured, we are not liable for carrier delays or mishandling.



International Shipping

At this time, Sultan Home Supply only ships within Canada. We are exploring opportunities to expand our shipping regions in the future to better serve international customers.
